We purchased a license of Confluence Server today and while configuring the database settings, we are facing an issue right after successful testing the database entries and clicking on NEXT.
The message is prompted that the database is now configured.
Two minutes later I receive:
HTTP Status 500 - Cannot call sendError() after the response has been committed
Cannot call sendError() after the response has been committed
The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
So it seems as if the webservice is crushing. Rebooting the whole server makes it possible to restart the DB configuring process but leads to the very same issue again.
Do you have a clue how to fix this and get the configuration finished?
Thanks in advance and best regards
