Issue in migration from server to datacenter

Marc-André Momm January 5, 2023

Hello all,

I followed the setup guide here to migrate a server instance to a datacenter cluster.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/set-up-a-confluence-data-center-cluster-982322030.html

So i copied shared and attachments, got the setup page,

set cluster name, shared folder, ips for discovery and confirmed the page.

After that it took a while and got then a http 302 error while opening

/login.action?os_destination=%2Fbootstrap%2Fselectsetupstep.action

What i see is, that confluence created some more folders in the common shared_home.

But these all are empty.

Is there an issue anywhere?

I also tried to find any logs for this process but I couldn't find any.

Could anyone guide me how to solve this?

(Havent restarted so far. I already did this once before got many errors, reverted and tried again)

Thanks in advance.

@Marc-André Momm ,

With that error, it could be various things. Do you have any errors show in the logs around that time?

Here's a post of another member who ran into bootstrap issue. Maybe it can help you:
