No direct feature for this but even if you accidentally edit the page by mistake, you can always go back to page history and revert to older page version.
If you think you might be working on some long write-up and does not want anyone to concurrently edit your page, you can temporarily edit the Page Restriction to allow only you yourself to edit the current page.

Try Adhoc workflow plugin, you can create workflow with different steps (ex: draft, in progress, publish) and at the last step, you can add a trigger to restrict page edition
