I am looking for a "how to" guide that will assist me with formatting a Confluence server parent or child page. Any help is appreciated!

There are so many options out there. One option would be to turn the parent page into a sort of overview page. This is great for situations where the child pages all hold similar content, like if they're all project pages. The Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros can be really helpful for this kind of thing.
