Is there a creative way to create an organization chart in Confluence without an add-on?

We would like to have a Confluence page that displays an org chart that is easy to update and looks nice. We would like to do this without spending any additional money on an add-on. Any macro ideas?

Hi Elizabeth, 

There's not a native option in Confluence that would create an Organization Map based on the User Accounts in your instance. 

One option available without the need of a 3rd Party App would be to create a page that contains User Profile Macros.  There's no linking of User Profile Macros together, but this page could have a table which arranges the User Profile Macros in a sort of hierarchy. 

An alternative option would be to create your Organization Maps using Gliffy or LucidChart and then save and export the diagrams as Images to be displayed in Confluence.
