Hi,
Some pages with many items, like pages descripting sources and table contents, can necessit to go quite deep by scrolling. Then we use summary to access the information we need.
But in case of a very long list of information, we would like to let the summary displayed on the page while scrolling, to improve navigation.
If we put the summary in a section, ahead or on the left side, can we "fix" this part so that it stays displayed wherever wo navigate on the page ?
I didn't find any information like this in Confluence Documentation. Anchors could offer an alternative, but wouldn't be so nice ...
Thanks by advance for your information !
It depends on what platform you are on. Confluence Cloud doesn't allow you to create custom HTML so it is not possible in Cloud. If you are on Confluence Server/Data Center you can take a look at this post about how to create a floating TOC.
Wow ! Thanks a lot Mikael for this very helpful tip !
I'try to find my admin dropdown and check.
Have a nice week !
