Is it possible to create mouse over's on images in confluence 4.3?

Is there a plug in or wiki markup that can create mouse over's or hover on an image to display additional information?

You could also create a user macro that can do this.

How do I create a 'Tool Tip' or 'Hover Over' text display?

Yes you should able to do all required changes.

Can write jquery and include explicitly in confluence server.
