Is is possible to get a list of contents for the Spaces?

We have a huge amount of docs which we would like to re-organize. We are in need to generate a complete list of docs. Please help.

Hi

You can use the macros Page index and Page tree. They create a list of your page in current Space.

But you can not use some macros for All Spaces in 1 place

If you have lots and lots of pages to reorganize, it might be easier to use one off the apps on the Marketplace that help with Confluence organization.

I haven't personally used these apps, but their description at least would seem to match your needs:

SubSpace Navigation for Confluence

Space Hierarchy & Breadcrumbs

Space Admin for Confluence

I would recommend reading the app descriptions to see which meet your needs, and then testing them.

If you want to implement a system to prevent chaotic page creation in the future, an app like Comala Workflows could be a solution.
