We are currently on Confluence server licenses and we use Comala Publishing to publish draft workspaces to published workspaces. In light of the end of sale for new server licenses, we'd like to know if Comala Publishing will be supported on Confluence Cloud in the near future.

You should be good if you decide to migrate to Cloud. Comala does have the plugin available for Cloud users.
