We are looking at integrating Service Now with our Jira and Confluence instances. Is there anyone that has integrated their Confluence instance with Service Now? What type of information in Confluence are you syncing with Service Now?
Hello @Monica Collins I know you wrote this a while ago so you might have found a solution by now. However, if what you’re looking for is a two-way integration between your Service Now, Jira and Confluence instances, Stitch It could support your efforts, and it allows for customization too. You could even add multiple Jira and Confluence instances if you’re trying to build a more complex integration.
Hi refer this youtube video for integration between ServiceNow and Confluence
