If I move a page created by someone else from on space to another will it maintain the creator?

I want to move a page from one space to another and maintain the creator who created it's credit.

Will the creator still show as the original creator in the new space?

Yes, the author information does not change when the page is moved to a new space. I just tested it and it retained the author info in the new space.

I believe it's kept. Best way to check is to have someone create a new page and then move it.
