When I discussed this with my users who have reported this they only stated behaving this way after upgrading the "Table Filter, Charts and Spreadsheets for Confluence" version "10.4.0" which is the latest marketplace version as a part of our Confluence LTS upgrade to 7.19.18.
* In the plugin manager I can see one module named "Spreadsheet from Table" that shows as disabled.
* Does this make any impact on the performance of the app?
