I can't view content

I'm new to Confluence, and whenever I try to search in the knowledge base. I recieve page not found even if I have  the link to the document. However when I try with someone else account I'm able to open the documents normally.

Hi @Ola.ElBehery ,

Please check with the Space admin or System admin or author of the page, if you have permissions to the page. There must be Page Restrictions applied on the page you are trying to access.

Also, check if the parent page has restrictions and this page has inherited the same. 

Let me know if the problem still persists after you are granted required permissions.
