How to write media queries in confluence

Hey, I want to create dynamic width banners into confluence homepage. I want them to be like, 3 banners on large screens and on mobile they should stacked in sequential order to make the view more consistent. I tried to look into atlassian doc but haven't found any relevant content. Any idea how to wirte media queries in confluence? My confluence version in 7.19.0
