How to update confluence page using REST Endpoint of Script Runner Confluence?

Hi everyone

I want to update the confluence page using confluence REST Endpoint.

Confluence REST point is receiving the parameter values from the JIRA REST point. After getting the values from JIRA ,it should update the existing confluence page with the latest values.

Anyone has groovy code for this ?

We launched a new app that allows you to create pages from templates and store the page under a location based on project or customfield value through Jira Workflow post-function and store the Confluence page in a Jira customfield to apply more actions like:

Workflow postfuntions

* Update page permissions
* Update page content
* Update page title

Workflow conditions

* Check if page was modified after a certain status transition
* Check if page still has a placeholder

And so much more.

for example jira cannot update page permission on a page in confluence.

so i need to rest endpoint in conf and request it from jira.

Why can't you just use jira/confluence rest API? Why are you trying to re-invent the wheel?
