How to set up a daily backup of system sites to a custom server instead of a local backup?

Hey @PPGod 

You need to a couple of things here,

1. Setup CRON to run periodic SQL backup of your database
2. Setup another CRON to rsync SQL backup and your site's home folder.

This is best and recommended way to have a backup in Confluence Server.
