We use Confluence for knowledge and want members of our organization to see articles. However, we don't want to give them all licenses because of the volume and we don't want to open for anonymous users. Are there any suggestions?
One idea...
If you happen to use JSM you could create a KB space and make these individuals Customers. However they would need to access the article via the Portal.
If you're on Confluence Server you could set up a firewall between your public Confluence space on your internal server and the public. Users VPN'd to your network (if that exists) could then access your content.
