I created a table in Confluence that has cells with different widths and colors.  I want to cut and paste to another part of the document and preserve the data and formatting.
for example, copy 10 columns and paste them within the same document, rather than recreating the 10 columns.

Welcome to the community @German Patino

This is possible in confluence cloud, but unfortunately not on confluence server instance. On server instance you can copy the content of the rows/columns but it doesn't preserve the formatting of those rows/columns when you paste it somewhere.
