How to integrate Confluence Server and Connectwise

Hello Experts,

We want to integrate Confluence with Connectwise Manage. Be able to open tickets in Connectwise Manage through Confluence. Just like we use @ to assign task, and // to put deadline, we want to use “#” to create ticket in Connect-wise from Confluence.

Is there any app or plug in available to achieve this.

Thanks for reaching out to see if there is a way to integrate Confluence and Connectwise. I’ve integrated the two in the past, this was mainly done my inhouse development accessing both the REST API for both platforms. There is no app currently available within the marketplace for Connectwise and Confluence.

I would suggest reviewing both sides REST API documentation along with the user macro information for Confluence to understand what customized options are available for you to integrate the two products:

* Writing User Macros

While not directly an answer, I hope this information provides resources to use while creating an integration between the two products.
