How to get the time stamp in SQL table transformer of each record when added into table

There is a SQL table transformer in which records are getting added, I want a column in which there is the time stamp when the each new record get added. 

OR,

What are the other ways to just get the latest record of the Date ( mm-dd-yyyy format) is same.

Hi @Dhiraj Kr_ Gupta ,

You may check the "last modified" date at the top of your page for this purpose.

The Table Transformer macro can add a current date or current timestamp to your data (for example, if you need to calculate date difference between the due date and today), but not the unchangeable timestamp of each (or the last) entry.
