How to filter drop-down fields in confiforms?

I have a column Status in which multiple fields like in hold, processing, declined which came after selecting drop down in the Confiform. When i trying to apply filter like

Status: In hold

It is not returning. But there is another manually details filled in the value. For eg Comment

Now it is working fine and it filtered.

Why happening in the case of status field.

Please help me

How this status field is configured in your form? Is "In hold" is the status label?
