How to enter fixed values for cell drop down

spanda I'm New Here Apr 04, 2020

I have a table and for some of columns, I need to give fixed values. So user need not type to enter value corresponding to heir row, infact when they click on cell it should show drop down to select values (single/multiple) from list.

How to make this in confluence?

Hi,

You can try the Handy Status macro bundled in the Handy Macros app. You can create as many lists of predefined values as you need on the global, space, or personal level. You can change these statuses both in the page view and edit modes.

This feature works in Server/Data Center version. Cloud version of this macro will be available soon.

Any other free macro to use with existing confluence?
