How to add numbers to a column ?

I created a table which contains 100+ rows . and now i want to give a number to each row 

Is there any work around for this ?

Hi @KishoreRaj Natarajan welcome to the Atlassian Community!

 

Cloud

You click anywhere in the table so that the macro options appear (at the bottom of your screen).

Then click on "Table options" and  "Numbered column" will appear in the drop down.

Data Center

  1. Click on Filter Table Data
  2. Then Table View tab
  3. And in Row Numbering Type, select the option you prefer.
  4. It will auto insert a column with the numbering, no need to create an empty column for it.

Thanks for the answer. But i'm having the table something like this. i couldn't see any of the option you mentioned above

@KishoreRaj Natarajan What is the URL of your Confluence site? Something like confluence.<yourcompany>.com or <yourcompany>.atlassian.net ?
