Hi, I am struggling to display the Jira ticket status on confluence page.
I tried the JIRA Issue Macro, but there I am unable to search my ticket in it.
- I tried e.g Key = ABC-12345,
- I pasted the direct ticket URL,
...and nothing worked.
It might be possible that I may be doing something wrong but up to now nothing worked.
I ask for your guidance on it.
Thanks,
Jay
@Gohil Jay I noticed you are using Confluence Server/DC. Have you created application link with your Jira? if not then that is the pre-requisite. Otherwise, your confluence wont know from where using which credentials to get the Jira issue information.
If you are using Jira Cloud then I would suggest going through this article:
@Sayed Bares _ServiceRocket_ Thanks for the answer but I can not access the Administration part as you suggested in the first link.
Do you have any other suggestion please?
Thanks :)

@Gohil Jay are you Confluence admin? if not then you'd need to your admin to do the above configuration
