How to Configure Confluence Knowledge Base Space like YouTube video?

Hi There,

Could someone help me with a basic question please?  I have just installed Confluence and am configuring the Knowledge Base space.  There is a supporting youtube video for this space at https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=20&v=cS_bbyLQpjQ.  My question is how to make my space look like that in the video; I want to add the three large icons/buttons of the rocket, spanner & pencil,  and skull & crossbones.  Where do these come from?  I couldn't find them.  KnowledgeBaseSpace.jpg

If I am not mistaken, they are using the HTML macro in the 3 panel layout. The images should be just image files.
