Currently I am the Confluence Administrator and there is an Atlassian user as systems admin, however do I remove this person and become the system administrator as I currently cant view all the pages and spaces the team is creating.
Why is there a Atlassian user set up on my account? Can they view the work on my confluence?

If you are on the Cloud version, the systems administrator account is the Atlassian login for looking after your system. You will not be able to remove that user, they have complete access to your system (because they need it for support), you will not get your account elevated to have the same rights as them, but the account will NOT count towards your licence limit.
If you are using your own installation, then yes, as a full system admin, you can remove it. You probably inherited it from a Cloud -> Server migration.
The lucidchart-app is another thing though - it is a user created to enable the use of the Lucid Chart addon - it's a normal user account, but may well have lots of privileges. As an admin, have a look at the groups it is in to start with.
thanks Nic,
Whats the difference between On Demand version? I think I have been accessing confluence through this.

Sorry, between OnDemand version and what? (OnDemand is the old name for Cloud, if that's what you mean. Same system, different name)
