How do I to remove or fix (add a license) an unlicensed add on that does not display app details

I installed 2 add ons but cancelled the 'get a trial license ' action (as they have been purchased and  I have a license.

This has resulted in the addons displaying in the Manage Apps list but when selecting the drop down to display details, nothing is displayed. As a result no license can be added nor can the addon be uninstalled conventionally.

Does anyone have any suggestions  or know of a solution?

A Chrome addon was interfering with the Javascript execution, specifically Privacy Badger
