I have figured out how to use PUT http://confluence.<domain>.com/confluence/rest/api/content/<pageId> to update content. What is not apparent however, is where I can supply the change comment that we see in the page history on the browser. For that matter, I cannot figure out what expansion is needed to retrieve it either. Can someone help?
