How do I include an external web page in Confluence

I'd like to include the content from external web pages in a Confluence page .

Is there a macro anyone can recommend ?

You can use Adaptavists Content Formatting Macros. Don't be afraid, it's free ;) Ignore the "Paid by Atlassian"

There you find a iframe macro!

But as Marco said, its a question of security.

My recommendation would be, to write a own (user) macro, if the number of pages you wanna embed is small.

This is unfortunately no longer free.

@Richard Cross, do you know if there is a plugin to embed websites to a Confluence page for the Cloud instance?

Hello Peter,

this is feasible but recommended for security reason. The plugin is disabled by default.

Please take a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Enabling+the+html-include+Macro

Hope this helps

Marco
