How do I get a mail notification, whenever some one asks a question in my space?

Dear Community,

Currently, we are using confluence datacenter version 7.4.4 . I want to know if we can get a notification mail, whenever a user posts a question through "questions macro" in our space. Is it possible?

Please let us know a solution.

Any answer to this yet? We have a FAQ Forum using the Ask Question macro and we need to notify the SMEs whenever a question is asked in the forum, so they can reply. Any idea how to do this?

I think you can set this by accessing your avatar picture in the top right then Settings >> Email.

There you can customize the types of notifications you want to get on your email inbox.
