As an Admin in the Group, I am trying to help someone else set up their personal page. How can I get rights to set up their page and add their information for them?
You can go into user management and log in as them - and doing so will let you 'be' them and do the work. Doing this will also create a log of all the actions you take when you're logged in as them - so they will see what you were looking, etc.
This would be the easiest way I could think of.
Your version isn't listed here, so if you're on server (that is, not on cloud) I am not as confident that you can log in as them. it's been too long since I worked on an installed instance of jira.
