I have tried selecting the rows, Cmd+Shift+c and Cmd+Shift+v and it does not work
I have many tables that use the same template, and I should not have to reinsert a table and retype the headers for every one.
If selecting the line above to the line below the table doesn't work, then just click in some text and select all (cmd/ctrl+a) and copy. Then paste it in a new page and delete the text you don't want.
Then you can save and use this page as your copy source by just clicking in a cell, selecting all and copying.
Thanks Milo. That works, despite a little post-editing. Atlassian really should have a 'copy table' functionality ... since even the select all the rows and copy/paste them doesn't work as documented.

Yeah, tables have always been a bit wonky. And they keep adding features without adding the obvious ability to easily copy.

Awful design. CTRL-A simply results in the whole page being copied. I have never liked this product, and don't see why anyone uses it.

With tables, make sure you're selecting a line above or below the table as well as the table itself.
If you're using the same basic table, have you considered creating a template? Then you wouldn't have to worry about copying/pasting at all.

I tried selecting above or below - it does not work either. Very frustrating.
I am now aware how to create a template, but I will look at that.
Thanks Rebecca
