How can I set up a link in confluence correctly?

If I use in confluence an outline with links in order to jump to the specific chapter I always end up under the heading of the chapter. But that behavior is only with chrome. E.g. with the internet exploror you end up above the heading so that the heading can be seen. Is there a possibility to change that like it is with internet explorer? Or a workaround can be used?

Since we have to use chrome, I cannot switch to Internet Explorer. Thank you
