How can I pull multiple rows into a page properties report?

I only see the first two rows, but I have several rows of data I want reflected in the report.

The page properties and page properties report macro are not designed to handle multiple rows. It is designed to roll-up singular instances of key/value pairs across multiple pages of your site.
