After creating a support zip file how can I access or download the file? Why is the file not linkes to download after creation?
After the support.zip is created, the system responds with the exact path. But in order to retrieve it, you have to access the server at the OS level and have permissions to read that file.

I believe you'll be able to find the Support Zip file in your Confluence Home directory:
