Hiding field in a TableView

Michael Confessore December 1, 2020

I have created a table using a TableView but there is one column that I use purely for connection with other tables and would like it entirely hidden from the user. Is this possible?

Hi @Michael Confessore ,

You may try to use the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app that works with ConfiForms TableView macro perfectly well.

Wrap your TableView macro in the Table Filter macro and choose the column that you want to hide:

Hope this helps.

You can have your TableView with any fields you like. Just add the ConfiForms Field macros pointing via "field name" parameter at the fields you want inside the ConfiForms TableView macro and you see only those fields from your form in this particular TableView.

Same applied on any other (rich-text) ConfiForms View macro
