When I have some of the cells merged in the header section, the edit page and preview show the table headings correctly. But when published the headings of the cells that are not merged get shifted to the leftmost side of the table.

I have tried creating a page in different spaces. But this issue is there with every page.

I don't see any such options available. I have talked to my internal team and have raised a ticket with Atlassian.

Update:
I was informed by the IT team that this is a known bug in confluence for the current version. And it is expected for the issue to resolve with the next upgrade sometime in Feb-22.
