HTTP Status 500

chris hoerske March 25, 2014

I have a new install of Confluence. This is the first time I powered down the server.. When it came back up I got an HTTP Status 500 error. Aside some installing a few plugins I haven't made many changes. Were should I start to get it back online?

It's fixed. IPTables was set to auto start. Also, mysqlD was not set to autostart.. Go figure Linux not starting services automatically. Why Linux is so against this.. hahaha.. Anyway.. Go ahead and close the ticket. You led me in the right direction.

Hey Chris, the atlassian-confluence.log will likely include some information on what the error is/what's causing it.

You might also consider opening a support ticket at support.atlassian.com
