HTTP Status 404 – Not Found || Confluence service issue

Hi there ,
I am getting the below Error while running the confluence service with a service Account.
This a test Environment .
The issue is only with Test Service account only , while with Local System Account and production system account , it works fine. Can you please suggest , what settings i am missing ?
