HTML not being rendered in apps preview and some administration pages

Hi,

We upgraded Confluence recently to version 8.5.14.

Today, out of the blue, two of our servers stopped rendering the HTML in apps preview windows.

Example from the Table from JSON macro:

This case is not unique, being repeated with other macros from other vendors' apps.

We also noticed that in the UPM page, the alert for incompatible apps is now displaying like this:

An installed app is incompatible with your Confluence instance. <a href="https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/CACsIg" target="_blank">Learn more</a> or <a href="#" id="upm-disable-all">disable the app</a>.

I don't believe is related directly with the upgrade because other servers working with the same version do not have the same behavior, and all was working fine until a few hours ago. And as far as we know nobody messed with the Confluence configuration.

Does or did anyone else have this problem?

Thank you

@KMTek is this happening to all users in all browsers?  If yes I think it is probably bad app cache.  I would suggest following these steps https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-clear-confluence-plugins-cache-297664846.html
