Hello, we use Confluence in our company as wiki and documentation platform.
Is it possible for each employee / user to create their own "start page", where then, for example, "Favorite links" show up?
Normally one comes first to the page with the updates.
Instead, it would be great to build your own "First Page": e.g. with the phone list from the team, his project and so on. Is this possible?

Generally, each user can use his own start page in his profile settings. But this is one thing each user can & must configure on his own:
