How do you actually grab a copy of the temp HTML that Confluence apparently uses to generate a PDF?

In the Notes section here it lists a path to use to find the intermediate HTML file on the server, however it doesn't exist. Even when I generate a huge PDF that takes a few seconds to generate... https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF53/Advanced+PDF+Export+Customisations#AdvancedPDFExportCustomisations-Notes
