Failed Login to Confluence

Hi!

What could be the problem that 1 user can't log to Confluece. System ask username and psw and if its inserted nothing will happen?

About month ago she could log in, but suddenly she cant. She has all the rights to log Confluence. I check from Confluence administrator she's accounta and this sie seems to be ok.

What are you using for auth? AD? If so, did she change her AD password recently?

This issue might be due to one of the following:

1. Authentication issue

2. Authorization related matter

3. Application Access related (eg: OnDemand environment)

4. Existing bug in the Confluence version used

However, to further troubleshoot such case, error message and Confluence version are key starting points.

Thanks! I will look those suggestions.. Psw was changed lot of time ago.
