Extra spaces appear randomly in Confluence pages

recently, I have seen that confluence put extra spaces between words. It is a bit tedious removing the extra spaces...is there a way out?

Hi Sidharta, 

Some possibilities that you could check:

1. Check if this is happening with all browsers. If confirming only one browser, check its version and also the extensions
2. Check if this is happening with other users using different machines. 
3. Check if this is happening with different pages. For example, try to create a new page without content to see how it goes.
4. Check if you have any customisations through the Look&Feel session of Confluence Admin

Any chance it's a browser thing, or perhaps a broken keyboard? :) I don't use document software, I basically live in Confluence. So I'm in it all the time, is the point. I haven't noticed extra spaces, I am on Confluence 5.7.4.
