Searching for the same answer today, I managed to do this via 1st - importing the Confluence calendar into Outlook and 2nd - exporting it from Outlook in .csv format.

These are the steps to follow as it worked for me;

  1. Choose to the right of the Confluence calendar and choose Export to iCalendar
  2. Save the .ics file to your computer
  3. Open Outlook desktop application and choose File > Open & Export > Import / Export
  4. Choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)
  5. Locate and select the .ics file you saved and follow the prompts to import it.
  6. Go to Outlook desktop application
  7. Go to File > Open & Export >Import/Export > Export to a file > Comma Separated Values > click Next > Choose your calendar from section 'Calendar' in 'Select folder to export from:'
    Click Next to save in a preferred name and location
  8. Click Finish
  9. Select date range for the downloaded calendar and click 'OK'
  10. Enjoy!

Hi @naga raja

Unfortunately at this time there is not an out of the box way to export Team Calendars to PDF/Excel. To clarify, is the functionality you’re looking for what is described in this feature request: TEAMCAL-1924? If so, please do comment on the feature request with your business and add yourself as watcher to receive updates on the status!

Another option would be to export the calendar to another Calendar application (via iCS) which has the ability to export via Excel/PDF. For more information on how to do that, please see this.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards,

Shilpa
