Export issue in Confluence

Hi,

When I try to export a confluence page to word, the image is not coming in the downloaded word file.

But when I export the same page in PDF it works very well and the images are coming in the downloaded file.

Any root cause and solution to fix this issue ?

Are you using Cloud version or any other version? like DC
