When editing a page, executing the "insert 'Code Block' Macro" results in the circle spinning continuously, and the input screen does not appear. When opening the browser's F12 network tab, it continuously loops the following web pages:

Is this related to the code that you are inserting? What would happen if you add something simple?
Do you have any browser plugins that might prevent from executing a UI elements like Adblock or any antivirus software that is running and checking web requests?
Did you tried edit it on a different browser?
Are you able to give the code to someone else and ask him to try to upload the same code block on that page?
