When attempting to open and edit an existing diagram we're taken back to Confluence and presented with a blank screen with a loading wheel that spins forever.
This thread is Confluence Cloud, you're using Server, it's not the same issue.

Getting the exact same response.
Open Confluence Edit view on a page where draw.io macro has been placed. Click macro, click Edit to edit macro.
Receive a "Loading app" message with endlessly spinning wheel. Been about 4 hours now and draw.io still has not loaded.

Hi Tristan,
Could you tell me, please:
* do you experience the same problem in another browser and Incognito mode?
* can you create a new diagram and edit it?
* what steps did you perform? did you try to edit it via: Page edit pencil icon. Page view pencil icon and "draw.io diagrams" section (can be seen on the left when space is chosen)
As a workaround, you can try to download a file and add it back to Confluence page as a new attachment.
If nothing helps, it would be great if you could send us "Attachments" and "View format panel" (when on Confluence page with a diagram, click three dots on the top right)
You can always contact us at support@draw.io if you wouldn't like data to be shown here publicly.
Thanks, Marija
