I was reading the new feature that Confluence has that you can search using artificial intelligence but I do not know if you have an API to use it because we want to develop an internal bot for when we drop a support, do the search based on what the user is asking and return a link to Confluence with information about what is being consulted. We would need to know if there is an API for this and how to interact with it.
Welcome to the community @Facundo P
Currently there are no APIs for the Atlassian Intelligence. It is not on the roadmap for now.
You can use Zendesk for example where you can insert the knowledge base and get the answers.
thanks for the welcome and the answer! question, do you have any link with information about this? I don't know anything about Zendesk.
On the other hand, in short, there is no way to replicate this behavior? or any specific technique for advanced API searches?

Like I said from above, there are no API's for the Atlassian Intelligence at all for now. And my bad, it's Zapier: https://zapier.com/ai/chatbot?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=gaw-row-nua-evr-search_brand_alldev_prospecting_integrations_d2-ads&utm_adgroup=&utm_term=zapier%20chatbot&utm_content=1028595&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwte-vBhBFEiwAQSv_xWHfliJSibu8BoZw4ruqbBEvoL_tib3FpzG8NRPIo-1OBzv5WN5t6xoCFocQAvD_BwE
