We have two corporate JIRA instances (one 5.x, one 6.3) and a Confluence instance (4.3.1) here and make heavy use of the confluence JIRA Macro to link to JIRA issues within Confluence pages. We have both JIRA instances set up as app links in Confluence, but the macro only seems to support linking to issues in the default/preferred app link. Is there a way to choose JIRA instance when setting up an issue link using the JIRA macro?
Strange, In the latest version if you have more than one app link, the JIRA macro issue should display a drop down so you can select against which JIRA you want to search/retrieve an issue.
Could you post a screenshot so we can see how your JMI pop up is displaying?
Nice signature :)

You are correct. Our app link was not configured correctly, so Confluence was only providing a single Jira instance to the Jira macro. Thanks for the help.
